ABOUT: A beautiful pair of predominately white polychromed kutani porcelain Japanese vases, circa early 20th Century, Meiji period, Japan. Vases are hand-painted and designed with two different sides; one side floral, the other with birds and butterflies. Beautiful detail in black butterfly. And beautiful details at neck with cicada and red and gold design at base (as show in images.) Colors include: white, red, black, emerald green, copper, grey, yellow, and purple.
